From time to time we all get the colds or the flu. This is what Dr. Smith takes at the first sign of any illness and works quite well. It either has stopped the illness or reduced the severity to a minor inconvenience. Andrographis Plus take 2 caps twice daily. Vit D 50,000 take 2 capsules per day (thats right 100,000 units) Vitamin A 25,000 IU take 4 per day (100,000 units) Take this trio until the cold or flu is gone then taper the dose to 1/2 for another 3 days to prevent recurrence. These products should not be taken at these doses for any extended period of time, just when needed to boost the immune system. |
