Vitamin D Immune support would not be complete without vitamin D. The D50 is 50,000 IU for severe deficiency and intermittant use. Bio-D-Forte is generally the best choice at 2,000 IU per drop. Bio-D-Mulsion is a good choice for children at 400 IU per drop.

Vitamin A Vitamin A is essential for the immune system. Vitamin A is especially useful when there is a viral infection. Our vitamin A is high dose, 25,000 IU. I use Vitamin A in high doses for chronic acne and acute viral infections. In acne I use a dose of 100,000 IUs per day. This high of a dose requires medical supervision if used for more than several weeks.
