Agapē (IPA: [ɑˈgɑ.pε] or IPA: [ˈɑgɑˌpε]) (Gk. αγάπη ), is one of several Greek words meaning love. Many have thought that this word represents divine, unconditional, self-sacrificing, active, volitional, thoughtful love.

How We Handle & Process Your Order
1. Within minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and additional important information. Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt between the business hours mentioned above.
2. If you place an order during regular business hours, we make every effort to ship your package the very same day. If your order is placed at the later part of the day, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment the very next morning during regular business hours as shown above. Most manufacturers do not process daily shipments after 2:00pm in their time zone. Items out of stock or on back order at the manufacture are not in our control and are dependent upon manufacture processing or production schedules.
3. Once your order is processed and/or shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and/or additional information if we have utilized a drop ship method.
4. Your order will arrive at your door step in the selected UPS delivery time. Please review the SHIPPING methods below for more information about shipping and processing.
In order to serve you better we continuously update our web store. You may notice:Price Changes: prices may fluctuate due to manufacture processing and ingredients harvesting.
Product Updates: we are continuously updating products currently shown within our web store. We periodically add new products as detemined by our physician and availability from manufactures.
Notifications: through product updating, we periodically place notifications on the product screen. This is shown when changes occur through the manufacture such as: discontinues, new product releases, package update, formulation update. You will recieve a notificaion email if there is a delay or any changes with your order. Periodically you may recieve an update email, as to keep you informed about the status of your order.
Information Updates: in order to keep you informed, periodically the information we share with you is updated. This may be in regards to - but not limited to the following; shipping, tracking, returns, security, privacy, tax and disclaimer information.
SHIPPING We offer shipping through (UPS) United Parcel Service. Therefore, we adopt all UPS shipping policies and proceedures as explained on their web site. You can visit UPS.com to view UPS shipping policies. www.ups.com
All shipping costs are based on one or more of the following factors: Amount of purchase, UPS real time rates, warehouse drop ship and handling fees.
The check out process automatically calculates your shipping cost against your order. You can review your shipping cost before confirmation of the order has been made. This can be found at the top right of the check out page after selecting your shipping method.

-UPS Ground
-Will Call: is offered to local patients for in office package pick up.
United Parcel Service (UPS) requires a physical address for delivery. PO Box, APO and FPO are not accepted by UPS.
Saturday Delivery Service is NOT available on any ship method.
Timely delivery is NOT guaranteed to residential addresses.
Timely delivery IS guaranteed to commercial addresses.
All packages are insured for damage due to mishandling (no extra cost to you).
Alaska: UPS Ground only. Please allow (5-7) business days. UPS flies or uses barge to Alaska and then delivers by ground transportation, standard delivery.
Hawaii: UPS Ground only. Please allow (5-7) business days. UPS flies to Hawaii and then delivers by ground transportation, standard delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii Residents- The shipping system will charge an invalid $200 shipping fee for Alaska and Hawaii if UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air are chosen. Simply return to the previous screen at check out to change your shipping method.
The shipping method is not what I requested: Please email us and depending on the processing, we can refund the difference in cost. Sometimes, the warehouse will not offer a faster form of shipping due to the distance between you and your local warehouse. UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air may not be available if you are already in a (1-2) day ship zone. Therefore, UPS Ground may be chosen for you automatically to replace the other options. In cases like this we do automatic refunds through our system and notify you via email of the adjustment.
WINTER SHIPPING METHODS:
To prevent freezing- all liquid products must be shipped via UPS Next Day Air.
In the winter months orders containing liquid products are processed within 48 hours and you will be emailed the day your order ships to make you aware it is in route.
UPS will deliver your package before 12:00pm the next business day in receipt of our email.
Be sure someone is home to receive the package to further prevent any freezing. UPS will drop at the door if there is no one to receive the package.
By ordering liquids on our web site you agree not to hold Agapé Nutrition accountable for freezing if another shipping method is chosen.
TRACKING You can track your package online with us. Use your tracking number and the
ORDER TRACKING link provided within your confirmation email.
You can also track your package through UPS.com using your tracking number on the UPS TRACKING page.
If your order has been drop shipped through a manufacture warehouse: please email us and request your tracking number. We can obtain tracking information from the manufacture the next business day of the shipping date.
RETURNS
You can return any unopened item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charges. All refunds are processed back to the original credit card used for purchase.
Returns must be accompanied by the original order number (found on your email receipt) and warehouse return authorization number (if applicable).
Return authorization numbers are generated by each individual warehouse. Please email us your return request and we can supply you with a return authorization for your local warehouse (if applicable).
PLEASE REVIEW THE RETURN PROCEDURES BELOW.
Direct returns to the manufacture warehouse:
All orders returned directly to the manufacture warehouse will need a return authorization number. Your refund will be delayed if a return is made without the return authorization number. A 15% warehouse restocking fee may apply, it is at the discression of the manufacture warehouse to waive this fee.
Undeliverable pacakges:
All orders that are undeliverable by UPS after three attempts and are returned to us are charged a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges if applicable.
Packages refused upon delivery:
All orders that have been refused upon delivery by UPS and are returned to us without prior notification or authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges if applicable.
Packages sent to wrong address:
Orders that are sent to an incorrect address due to customer error are charged a $10 re-routing fee if re-routing is possible or subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is a possability that both charges may apply.
I got the wrong flavor or product:
Simply email us for a quick change. It is possible that the manufacture warehouse may make a simple mistake such as the wrong flavor or item in the package. Simply email us and we will ship you the correct item and send you a UPS Return Label through USPS.
If I decide to keep the wrong item:
Simply email us your decision and we can adjust your charges accordingly. You will receive an email receipt of the changes once it has been completely processed.
If I changed my mind:
If the order has been processed as you specified and delivered as you requested you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Contact us via email and we can begin processing your return request without delay. By ordering on our site, you agree to our shipping and return policies.
